Another successful installation ...

Another successful installation of an infeed & outfeed system at the tufting machine for artificial grass production was executed by our technical staff. The backing unwinder was placed before the tuft machine, following its speed, so the primary backing is fed very smooth and precise into the tufting machine. After tufting, the grass carpet can now be checked for flaws at the inspection stand and after that it is folded into a cart by the horizontal lapper so it can be further processed.
