Purpose: Cut, roll & pack mother rolls into smaller coupons (industral level)
- Finishing line for artifical grass carpet manufacturers
- To cut coupons of 1m, 2m, 3m and 4 m wide out of mother roll of 4m wide
- Automatic cutting in strokes following the edge
- Cutting the strokes at length in the same cycle: length of 1 m up to max 10 m per coupon
- Special module to transport the coupons and separate them before they are fed to the winding machine
- Possible to turn the carpets and roll with pile inside or outside
- Close the rolls with belly band packing (1 or 2 bands)
- Automatic insertion of an A4 and A5 brochure (stick to the elastic plastic film or put it underneath)
- System for putting rolls in boxes automatically
