Cutting and stacking machine
- In addition to cutting mousse, this machine is also suitable for cutting technical textiles, PVC, fiberglass, felt and polyester
- The material that is supplied on rolls is unrolled. Manually movable longitudinal knives can be used to split the material in length into two or more strips. The material is then automatically cut to size over the entire width.
- The cut pieces are placed on top of each other by a manipulator until a large stack is obtained
- User friendly touch screen to enter and keep track of the different parameters per type of material
- Possibility to cut a predetermined number of fixed length strips (automatic mode) or to enter the desired length per strip (manual mode)
- Errors in the material, indicated by the supplier with a fluorescent tape, are detected and cut out with a minimum of loss
