Cutting felt into coupons
- To unroll the material the heavy rolls of felt are placed with a pneumatic lifting system on special shafts that do not bend
- After unrolling, the master rolls of felt are first split lengthwise and then cut in width to the desired length. The operator only programs the desired length in the touch screen, cutting is done fully automatic with a circular knife with a counter knife.
- Programmable width so that the motorized cutting blade does not have to cover the entire distance when smaller rolls are being prcessed
- Smaller rolls are not processed centrally but on a fixed side
