Folding machine for textiles
- After unrolling and feeding the mother roll of film or fabric into the machine, it is folded once or more to the desired width via a folding triangle
- The folded material is then rolled up to desired length around a tube into coupons
- After rolling, the material is cut with a welding wire and the tailor-made coupons are sealed with a tape
- The coupons continue from there to the output conveyor or can also be fed to a packing machine
- Another option is that the coupons are not rolled up, but are further folded more to be stacked on a pallet
