Roll-in packaging for textile rolls
- The pre-rolled textile rolls are transported to the roll-in packaging machine where the plastic wrapping foil is cut at size and then rolled around the textile roll
- It is possible to pack 2 rolls at one time
- Foreseen with 2 rolls of plastic, so when 1 roll is empty, there is an automatic roll change
- A paper sheet can be inserted, it is glued to the plastic before rolling it around the roll
- The fully packed roll is closed at the ends in the lateral welding station. The rolls are sealed at two sides by flat seal and excess material is removed; in combination with a longitudinal tape the textile rolls are packed waterproof
- Finally also a label can be added to the roll
