Machine for prefabricating panels

Designed for in factory / off building site production of modular panels for prefab house building
- Framing station (timber or metal)
- Sheating station (OSB, plasterboard, …)
- Can be further expanded with options such as sawing or milling unit, for making openings for windows and doors; or a rotation system to turn the elements, a table to process the panels even further with insulation or manipulators take the elements and remove them

Automatic input of the fastening pattern from the 3D design program
Indoor or offsite construction creates great flexibility of production and a consistently high precision level - ideal for large volumes
Ergonomic workstation for the operator
Compact version available for smaller production units with limited space availabe
Can be combined with other machines for a complete and lean production process, for instance for timber frame houses
