HM-ROBOT

Robotized machine to produce or handle (wooden) elements continuously

Robotization ensures a continuous production flow and can be used for things such as:

• handling small parts (bin picking), e.g. as input in a production process
• automatical component assembly: robot nails, screws or stacks, while the operator supplies the work table
• picking up large, long parts such as heavy beams via a vacuum gripper
• tilting or putting away finished products
• etc...

ROBOTS ARE MORE AND MORE USED TO REDUCE HEAVY HANDLING FOR OPERATORS OR TO ASSIST THEM TO CREATE A SMOOTHER PRODUCTION PROCESS

Different robot solutions are possible depending on the desired payload and the required range. Can be combined with our other machines (e.g. HM-H, HM-C or HM-V) in an automatic production line or as a stand-alone version that works autonomously, such as the HM-ROB G2. 

Can be used to make pallets, crates, garden elements and furniture.
