HM-V 2.0: ease of use for the operator is paramount

Flexibility through pre-programming

In our latest HM-V machine, the entire control module was renewed and optimized by our automation engineers. The advantages of a PLC control are now maximally combined with the Windows functionalities. This not only increases the performance of the machine, but also guarantees an optimal user experience for the operator.

The software is now much more accessible and logically programmed, which makes operation a lot easier for the operator. Adjusting or making the programs and confirmation patterns yourself is easy and quick to do.

In addition, there are many useful features that are now much easier to access from the touch screen menu with icons, eg. automatically updating and emailing a production log or compiling and running a task list based on selected programs.

This upgrade is also being implemented for all other types of pallet and crate machines.
